We've got one at http://www.nwfusion.com/feeds/ - organized by topic. Main caveat: It's way, way slow, which I've got to diagnose (it's running on Drupal; I have a far larger Drupal aggregator on another site running with no problems, so I probably need to start by looking at the database)
